Ingredients for two pizza

  • 1 Cup lukewarm water
  • 3 Cups wheat flour
  • 2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Cups mushrooms sliced and cooked
  • 1 Small to medium sweet pepper sliced
  • 1 Small onion finely sliced
  • 2 Medium size tomatoes sliced
  • 1 Tea spoon salt
  • 1 Cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 Tea spoon active dry yeast
  • 2 Table spoon extra virgin olive Oil

Instructions

1- Pour water in a large bowl add yeast and wait until dissolved. Add flour and salt mix well to a dough. Knead for 5 minutes adding the olive oil little by little

2 – Leave the dough to prove until double in size

3 – Punch the air out from the dough and divide it to two portions. Spread the portions to your pizza tray sizes with your hands or a roller pin, cover slightly with pizza sauce to prevent drying, and let to raise for another half an hour

4 – Spread the cheese over  evenly, then add mushrooms, sliced onions, sweet peppers, broccoli, and sliced tomatoes

5 – Bake in 400 degree Fahrenheit (200 degree centigrade) preheated oven for 20 minutes


Pizza Sauce

Ingredients for 2 Pizza

  • 4 Medium size tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove minced
  • 1 Table spoon avishan (or Oregano)
  • 2 Table spoon tomato paste
  • 2 Table spoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

1 – Chop tomatoes and mince garlic on a cutting board. Cook tomato, garlic, avishan (oregano) in a sauce pan until thickens.

2 – Add olive oil and tomato paste, mix well, and continue to cook for another 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper and set aside to cool to room temperature.
